1. Acceptance

By using Stickers.s, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Stickers.s is a WhatsApp sticker assistant that converts images, GIFs, and short videos into WhatsApp stickers. The service works entirely within the WhatsApp conversation — no additional apps required. We operate through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta).

3. Plans and pricing

The service offers multiple plans:

• Free: 3 stickers per day.
• Credit packs: One-time purchases for additional stickers. Prices and quantities vary by country and currency.
• Premium (monthly): 20 stickers per day.
• Ultra (monthly): Unlimited stickers.

Daily limits reset at midnight. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout.

4. Subscriptions and payments

• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe (credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or local payment methods depending on your country).
• You can cancel anytime by sending "cancel" in the WhatsApp conversation.
• Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
• No refunds for partial periods.

5. Acceptable use — prohibited content

It is strictly forbidden to submit any image, video, or GIF containing:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): any content that depicts, suggests, or is intended to involve persons under 18 in sexual context. Zero tolerance — immediate reporting to authorities and NCMEC.
• Nudity, sexual, or pornographic content: explicit, intimate, or erotic images, including with consenting adults. This service is not intended for such content.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (revenge porn): prohibited even if you are the depicted person. Victims can reach us via channels in Section 5.2.
• Extreme violence, gore, torture, or self-harm glorification: images of severe injury, death, animal abuse, or apologetic self-harm.
• Hate speech and discrimination: content inciting violence or hatred based on race, color, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic.
• Terrorism and extremism: propaganda, recruitment, or glorification of terrorist organizations or acts.
• Misleading deepfakes: fabricated media falsely attributing actions, statements, or conduct to real persons — especially politicians, journalists, and public figures.
• Images of third parties without consent: photos of other people (faces, bodies, private situations) without their express authorization for use in the service.
• Documents, personal data of third parties, or sensitive information: IDs, passports, credit cards, passwords, medical records — your own or others'.
• Copyright infringement: content for which you do not hold license or authorization.
• Automated or unauthorized commercial use: scripts, bots, resale, redistribution, or use in volumes inconsistent with your plan.

We may employ automated moderation tools (including, without limitation, hash matching against illicit-content databases and adult-content classifiers) to identify and block prohibited material. Automated decisions may be reviewed by humans upon request.

5.1 Consequences of violation

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): the material is preserved as evidence, upload blocked, account immediately suspended, and reported to NCMEC (CyberTipline) and competent authorities.
• Other prohibited categories: upload blocked, content removed if already published, account subject to warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination without refund of credits.
• Repeated or high-volume violations: permanent termination without prior notice.

5.2 Reporting and content removal

Any person — user or third party — can report suspicious content or request removal of images depicting them:

• WhatsApp: send "report" to +55 11 98870-9202.
• Email: use subject "Content removal" and describe the request with evidence (screenshot, number involved, approximate date).
• Victims of non-consensual intimate imagery: priority handling and removal within 24 hours upon verification.

We cooperate with authorities upon lawful order or legal requisition under applicable laws.

5.3 User conduct

Beyond rules on submitted content, every user must maintain respectful conduct when interacting with the service. It is expressly prohibited to:

• Abusive language: insults, threats, personal attacks, or derogatory language directed at the service, its operators, representatives, or other users.
• Harassment and intimidation: repetitive hostile messages, baseless legal threats, extortion, public shaming, or coercion attempts.
• Spam, flooding, or technical abuse: repetitive messages outside normal use, attempts to exploit system flaws, unauthorized automated use.
• Fraud or manipulation: attempts to obtain credits, bonuses, or benefits fraudulently, including multi-account schemes to bypass daily limits or the referral program.
• Identity impersonation: pretending to be an official representative, operator, or affiliate of Stickers.s without authorization.

Consequence: conduct violations result in immediate blocking and permanent account termination, without prior notice and without refund of credits or active plans, per Section 5.1. For criminal behavior (threats, slander, defamation, extortion), we may cooperate with law enforcement upon legal request, preserving message history as evidence.

6. Intellectual property and content responsibility

Generated stickers belong to the user who submitted the original content. Stickers.s does not claim ownership over submitted media or generated stickers, but retains processed copies for resending and legal compliance (retention up to 12 months after last interaction).

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights over submitted images and videos, including express authorization from persons depicted. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you hold such rights.

6.1 Minimum age

This service is intended for users 18 years or older. If you are under 18, you must not use Stickers.s. By accepting these terms, you confirm you are at least 18 years old. Accounts identified as belonging to minors will be suspended and data deleted upon verification.

7. Daily limits and additional credits

When you reach your daily free limit, you can purchase additional credits to continue creating stickers. Daily limits reset automatically at midnight.

8. Alerts and proactive messages

By accepting these terms, you authorize Stickers.s to send proactive messages within WhatsApp, including:

• Streak alerts: notifications when you are about to lose your consecutive day streak.
• Personalized recommendations: sticker suggestions based on your usage history.
• Service notifications: updates about pending stickers, payments, and new features.
• Survey invitations: occasional invitations to join the Opinion Program (see Section 8.1).

All proactive messages respect Meta/WhatsApp's 24-hour conversation window. To stop receiving alerts at any time, simply send STOP in the conversation.

8.1 Opinion Program and surveys

From time to time, Stickers.s may invite you to answer opinion surveys within the WhatsApp conversation — about brands, products, consumer habits, or the service itself. Answering is always voluntary: you may ignore the invitation, and it will not affect your normal use of the bot, your daily limits, or your plan in any way.

• Reward: upon completing a survey, you may receive sticker credits as a thank-you. Rewards are credited by us, within WhatsApp.
• Use of answers: your answers, together with the profile data you provide (such as age range, gender, and region), are used to generate reports and statistics.
• Sharing: where there is a partner research company, it receives results in aggregated or anonymized form. We never share your phone number, your name, or any information that identifies you individually.
• Opting out: to stop receiving survey invitations, simply send STOP in the conversation, as with any proactive message.

Processing of survey data follows our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law (LGPD/GDPR).

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for:

• Content created by users — responsibility for submitted material lies solely with the user who submitted it.
• Temporary unavailability due to maintenance or technical issues.
• Changes to the WhatsApp Business Platform that affect service operation.

9.1 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stickers.s, its operators, and partners from any claim, damage, loss, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (i) content you submitted in violation of these Terms; (ii) infringement of third-party rights by submitted content; (iii) misuse of the service; or (iv) breach of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via WhatsApp. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

12. Company information
