Terms of Use
Last updated: May 24, 2026
1. Acceptance
By using StickerZap, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
StickerZap is a WhatsApp sticker helper that converts images, GIFs, and videos into stickers. The service works entirely within the WhatsApp conversation, with no need to install additional apps. We operate through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta).
3. Plans and pricing
The service offers three plans:
- Free (R$ 0): free stickers per day and Twitter/X video downloads per day.
- Premium (R$ 5.00/month): 20 stickers per day, Twitter/X video downloads, and priority support.
- Ultra (R$ 9.90/month): unlimited stickers and downloads, priority processing, and VIP support.
Daily limits reset at midnight (Brasília time). Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice.
4. Subscriptions and payments
- Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
- Payment can be made by PIX or credit card.
- Cancellations can be made at any time by sending "cancel" in the WhatsApp conversation.
- The plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
- There are no refunds for partial periods.
5. Acceptable use — prohibited content
It is strictly prohibited to send StickerZap any image, video, or GIF that contains or constitutes:
- Child sexual exploitation: any material that depicts, suggests, or is intended to involve persons under 18 years of age in a sexual context. Zero tolerance — immediate report to the authorities (ECA, Brazil's Child and Adolescent Statute, art. 241 and following).
- Nudity, sexual content, or pornography: explicit, intimate, or erotic images, or images depicting sexual acts — including consenting adults. The service is not intended for this type of content.
- Non-consensual intimate images (revenge porn): even if you are the person depicted, it is prohibited to send intimate images of third parties. Victims may contact us through the channels in Section 5.2.
- Extreme violence, gore, torture, or self-harm: images of serious injuries, death, animal abuse, or content that promotes self-harm.
- Hate speech and discrimination: content that incites violence or hatred based on race, color, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic.
- Terrorism and extremism: propaganda, recruitment, or glorification of terrorist organizations or acts of terror.
- Misleading deepfakes: edits that falsely attribute actions, statements, or conduct to real people, especially politicians, journalists, and public figures.
- Images of third parties without consent: photos of other people (faces, bodies, private situations) without their express authorization for use in the service. Image rights (Brazilian Civil Code arts. 20–21 and LGPD art. 11).
- Documents, third-party personal data, or sensitive information: ID cards, taxpayer numbers (CPF), passports, credit cards, passwords, medical records — yours or third parties'.
- Copyright infringement: content for which you do not hold a license or authorization.
- Unauthorized automated or commercial use: scripts, bots, resale, redistribution, or use in volumes incompatible with the contracted plan.
We may use automated moderation tools (including, without limitation, hash matching against databases of illegal content and adult-content classifiers) to identify and block prohibited material. Automated decisions may be reviewed by a human upon contact.
5.1 Consequences of violation
When we identify prohibited content:
- Sexual content involving minors (CSAM): the material is preserved for evidentiary purposes, the upload is blocked, the account is suspended immediately, and the case is reported to SaferNet Brasil (the official CyberTipline hotline in the country) and to the competent police authority, pursuant to Law 8.069/90 and the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law 12.965/14).
- Other prohibited categories: the upload is blocked, the content removed (when already published), and the account is subject to a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination, without any right to a refund of credits.
- Repeat offenses or a high volume of violations: permanent termination without prior notice.
5.2 Reporting and removal of content
Anyone — user or third party — may report suspicious content or request the removal of an image in which they appear:
- WhatsApp: send "denunciar" or "reportar" to support: +55 11 94630-4133.
- Email: [email protected], with the subject "Content removal" and the details of the request with evidence (screenshot, number involved, approximate date).
- For victims of non-consensual intimate images: we prioritize and remove within 24 hours after the report is confirmed, pursuant to Law 13.718/18.
We cooperate with authorities upon a court order or legal request under the terms of the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law 12.965/14, arts. 15 and 22).
5.3 User conduct
In addition to the rules on submitted content, every user must maintain respectful conduct when interacting with the service. It is expressly prohibited to engage in:
- Abusive language: name-calling, insults, threats, personal offenses, or derogatory language directed at the service, the operators, representatives, or other users.
- Harassment and intimidation: repetitive hostile messages, threats of baseless legal action, blackmail, improper public exposure, or attempts at coercion.
- Spam, flooding, or technical abuse: repetitive sending of messages outside normal use, attempts to exploit system flaws, unauthorized automated use.
- Fraud or manipulation: attempts to obtain credits, bonuses, or benefits fraudulently, including using multiple accounts to circumvent daily limits or the referral program.
- Identity falsification: pretending to be an official StickerZap representative, operator, or affiliate without authorization.
Consequence: conduct violations result in immediate blocking and permanent termination of the account, without prior notice and without any right to a refund of credits or plans in effect, pursuant to Section 5.1. In cases that constitute a crime (threat, insult, slander, defamation — arts. 138 to 140 of the Brazilian Penal Code; extortion — art. 158 of the Penal Code), we may cooperate with authorities upon legal request, preserving the message history as evidence.
6. Intellectual property and responsibility for content
The stickers generated belong to the user who sent the original content. StickerZap does not claim ownership of the submitted media or generated stickers, but keeps processed copies for resending and for compliance with legal obligations (retention of up to 12 months after the last interaction).
You are fully responsible for ensuring that you hold all necessary rights to the images and videos submitted, including the express authorization of the persons depicted. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you hold such rights.
6.1 Minimum age
This service is intended for users aged 18 or older. If you are under 18, you must not use StickerZap. By accepting these terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. Accounts identified as belonging to minors will be suspended and the data deleted upon verification.
7. Daily limit and additional credits
When you reach the daily limit of the free plan, you can purchase additional credits to keep creating stickers on the same day. Daily limits reset automatically at midnight (Brasília time).
8. Alerts and proactive messages
By accepting these terms, you authorize StickerZap to send proactive messages within the WhatsApp platform, including:
- Streak alerts: notices when you are about to lose your streak of consecutive days.
- Personalized recommendations: sticker suggestions based on your usage history.
- Service notifications: updates about pending stickers, payments, and service news.
- Survey invitations: occasional invitations to take part in the Opinion Program (see Section 8.1).
All proactive messages respect Meta/WhatsApp's 24-hour conversation window. To stop receiving alerts at any time, just send me the word STOP in the conversation.
8.1 Opinion Program and surveys
From time to time, StickerZap may invite you to answer opinion surveys within the WhatsApp conversation — about brands, products, consumption habits, or the service itself. Responding is always voluntary: you can ignore the invitation, and this does not affect in any way your normal use of the bot, your daily limits, or your plan.
- Reward: upon completing a survey, you may receive sticker credits as a thank-you. The reward is credited by us, within WhatsApp.
- Use of responses: your responses, together with the profile data you provide (such as age range, gender, and region), are used to generate reports and statistics.
- Sharing: when there is a partner research company, it receives the results in an aggregated or anonymized form. We never share your phone number, your name, or any information that identifies you individually.
- Opting out: to stop receiving survey invitations, just send STOP in the conversation, as with any proactive message.
The handling of survey data follows our Privacy Policy and Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for:
- Content created by users — responsibility for the submitted material lies fully and exclusively with the person who sent it.
- Temporary unavailability of the service due to maintenance or technical issues.
- Changes to the WhatsApp Business Platform that affect the operation of the service.
9.1 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StickerZap, its operators and partners, from any claim, damage, loss, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (i) content you submitted in violation of these Terms; (ii) infringement of third-party rights by the submitted content; (iii) misuse of the service; or (iv) breach of these Terms.
10. Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via WhatsApp. Continued use of the service after the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the judicial district of São Paulo, SP, are elected to resolve any disputes.
